14-day money-back guarantee

If Knitting Chart Pro is not right for you, you can have a full refund of any Pro purchase — 1 month, 1 year or lifetime — within 14 days of paying. No reason needed.

How to ask

Email support@knittingchart.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us that address. We reply within two business days. If your receipt came from Link (Stripe’s payment service), you can also ask Link support at link.com.

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Pro ends when the refund is made. Your charts are not deleted: they stay in your browsers and in your account, as described in what happens when Pro ends.

After 14 days

Purchases are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us anyway — we would rather sort it out than leave you with something that does not work.

Nothing to cancel

No Pro plan renews automatically, so there is never a subscription to cancel and no future charge.
