Questions about Pro
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a single payment. The 1-month and 1-year plans simply end; buy again whenever you want more time, and it is added to what you have left.
What happens when Pro ends?
Your charts stay in every browser that already has them, and the copies in your account stay too — sign in on a new device and they still download. New changes are kept in the browser you make them in, and the selection tools switch off until you get Pro again.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If Pro is not for you, write to support@knittingchart.com within 14 days of paying and you get a full refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Why do I need an account for Pro?
Your account is how your charts and your purchase follow you to other devices. You sign in with your email — we send a one-time link, so there is no password to remember.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, plus some local payment methods depending on where you are. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Stripe may show the price in your own currency.
Is the chart maker still free without Pro?
Yes. Drawing charts, converting photos, PDF and PNG downloads and written instructions stay free, with no account and no watermark.
